1. Who we are

SugarCraft 3D ("we", "us") sells custom cakes. Orders are taken through WhatsApp after you configure your cake on this website. We are not a payment gateway — payment terms are confirmed directly with you over WhatsApp/call before delivery.

2. Orders

Submitting an order through this site (via the WhatsApp button) is a request to order, not a confirmed purchase. An order is confirmed only once we reply and confirm price, flavor, size and delivery date/time.

3. Pricing

Prices shown in the 3D viewer are indicative and may change based on customization, delivery location, and design complexity. Final price is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

4. Payments

Payment method (advance/full/UPI/cash on delivery) is agreed upon directly with our team. We do not store any card or payment details on this website.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Since cakes are made fresh to order, cancellations are accepted only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. What data we collect

When you use the 3D viewer or place an order, we may collect the name, size/flavor selections, phone number and delivery address you choose to share with us via WhatsApp. We do not collect this data through the website itself — it is only shared when you message us.

7. How we use your data

Your information is used only to process your order and delivery, and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

8. Cookies & local storage

This site may use your browser's local storage to remember cart/preferences on your device. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
